The diagnostic yield of peripheral pulmonary lesions (PPLs) through endobronchial ultrasonography with a guide sheath transbronchial biopsy (EBUS-GS TBB) under virtual bronchoscopic navigation is unsatisfactory because radial EBUS probe is not always located within the lesion.
