Diagnóstico de un programa de formación de docentes en competencias para el primer año de universidad

Abstract: Las investigaciones centradas en la formación del profesorado desde el enfoque de las competencias han coincidido en sintetizar un mapa que retoma el conjunto de aquellas consideradas sustanciales para el desempeño de la docencia.
