Diagnostics from Polarization of Scattered Optical Light from Galactic Infrared Cirrus

Abstract: We propose polarization of scattered optical light from intermediate Galactic latitude infrared cirrus as a new diagnostic to constrain models of interstellar dust and the anisotropic interstellar radiation field (aISRF).
