Diagnostics of contrastinduated nephropathy after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract: The present study is devoted to search for the opportunities of early diagnosis of the development of contrastinduced nephropathy when performing coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with a chronic ischemic heart disease. The predicative ability of modern biomarkers was studied in comparison with serum creatinine.
