This article presents a method for comparing the energy efficiency of different methods of regulating the total productivity of a blower station. The basic principles for the electrical modeling of duct networks are shown for a mathematical description of their properties. The results of a comparison of the energy efficiency of regulating methods for a single fan and a group of five fans operating on a common line are presented. There is higher energy efficiency combining start-stop control with stepless control using axial guide vanes for a five-fan blower station compared to the simultaneous frequency control of five fans.
