Abstract: Udang galah adalah salah satu jenis kelas Crustacea yang memiliki nama ilmiah dari udang perairan Estuaria jenis spesies Macrobrachium rosenbergii dengan kategori secara anatomi memiliki bentuk tubuh yang besar (giant) apabila di bandingkan dengan jenis udang lainnya (Bambang Agus Murtidjo, 1992).
