Diamond shaped quasi-symmetrical single LED with high and wide beam intensity for surgical fluorescence microscope applications

Abstract: In the malignant tumor removal process, fluorescence emission is induced by irradiation with a fluorescent contrast agent and light source to observe the condition of the tumor being removed. Light-emitting diodes (LEDs), which are used in surgical methods to remove tumors through fluorescence emission, have low beam width and power to irradiate lesions.
