Abstract: Clear cell carcinoma (CCC) of the diaphragm is rare, with an origin that is reported to be associated with malignant transformation of extraperitoneal endometriosis. Lynch syndrome (LS) is an autosomal dominant hereditary cancer syndrome caused by germline pathogenic variants in one of the DNA mismatch repair (MMR) genes, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 and PMS2.
