Diazepam Alters the Ultrastructure of Fetal Atrium in Rat

Abstract: Diazepam (DZ) is a synthetic minor tranquilizer, used in patients with psychological and psychiatric disorders. It is a relaxing sedative, anticonvulsant and antipsychotic. DZ crosses the human placental barrier in mouse.
