Abstract:Photosensitizers (PSs) can be activated by light irradiation to yield reactive oxygen species (ROS) and elicit tumor cell death in photodynamic therapy (PDT). Nonetheless, well-suited multifunctional PSs anchoring with excellent two-photon absorption (2PA) and biodegradable properties are scarce.
