Die Anzahl axillärer Lymphknoten von Patientinnen mit einem invasiven Mammakarzinom korreliert mit der N- und T-Klassifikation und dem Tumorgrad

Abstract: ZusammenfassungAls der wichtigste Prognoseparameter für den Verlauf des Mammakarzinoms gilt heute die Erhebung des Lymphknotenstatus nach axillärer Lymphknotendissektion durch den Pathologen. In der Literatur gibt es nur wenige Hinweise auf die tatsächliche Anzahl von Lymphknoten bei axillärer Lymphknotendissektion.
