Abstract: Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Die Einführung einer elektronischen Patientenakte (EPA) im Bereich der Ophthalmologie stellt für viele Kliniken eine Herausforderung dar. Obwohl alle Kliniken ein Krankenhausinformationssystem (KIS) besitzen, sind die wenigsten dieser Systeme für die komplexe ophthalmologische Patientenakte gerüstet.
