Abstract: EinleitungDas Akromioklavikulargelenk (ACG) ist Teil des Schulterkomplexes. Degenerative Veränderungen betreffen v. a. ältere Patienten und jene, die vorab eine Verletzung des Gelenks erlitten haben. Eine Luxation ist traumatisch bedingt und betrifft überwiegend junge, sportlich aktive Menschen.
