Die unterschiedliche Struktur und Dynamik der Sphingosin‐ und Acylketten von Ceramid [NS] verändern unser Verständnis der Struktur der Hautbarriere

Abstract: Im Modell der äußeren Hautschicht wird die Lipidphase durch sehr rigide Moleküle in einer orthorhombischen Phase gebildet, die den Körper vor Umwelteinflüssen schützt. Durch Synthese von Sphingosin‐d28‐deuteriertem N‐Lignoceroyl‐d‐erythro‐sphingosin (Ceramid [NS]) waren wir in der Lage, die Struktur und Dynamik beider Lipidketten in biologisch relevanten Mischungen mittels Röntgendiffraktion, 2H‐NMR‐ und Infrarot‐Spektroskopie vergleichen zu können.
