Die Zersetzung eines O‐phosphorylierten Hydroximinomethylpyridiniumsalzes in wäßriger Lösung

Abstract: The reaction product of diisopropylfluorophosphate (DFP) and 4-PAM (O-diisopropylphosphoryl-4-hydroximinomethylpyridinium-methiodide) was synthesised and the rate of the decomposition of the compound in nearly neutral aqueous solution determined by UV-spectroscopy. The reaction was subject to general base cataysis and followed first order-kinetics. The half-life determined was 38 k 4 minwith no measurable amount of 4-PAM being re-formed.
