Reflections about sharing experiences lead to theoretical postulates, legislation, and practices that refer to intersubjective bonds, groups and institutions. Living and sharing with others at school represents a challenge that gave way to the emergence of specific norms and a greater systematization of desirable knowledge to be able to mix with peers. This article proposes that learning and living together are intertwined with 'the groupings', field of studies which is not sufficiently contemplated in teacher training courses. To take this into account, we recover information from two main sources: the experience in the subject Psychology in the Field of Professional Teacher Training Courses, and research about sharing experiences and group work in the frame of the Project "La Educación Secundaria en La Pampa: políticas, instituciones y actores" of the Teacher Training Department at Human Sciences Faculty at UNLPam. Besides, we turned to the Arlt's novel "El Juguete rabioso" to think about the vicissitudes of a teenager in vulnerability conditions at the beginnings of the XX century, and about those which, one hundred years later, teenagers go through in their attempt at social inclusion. Finally, we propose some topics to reflect about sharing experiences and group work in the area of teacher training courses.
