Dielectric and Repolarization Properties of Nanocomposites Based on Porous Matrix with Sodium Nitrite

Abstract: Dielectric properties and IR spectra have been studied for ferroelectric nanocomposites: porous glass-NaNO 2 and porous Al 2 O 3 -NaNO 2 . The effect of depolarization field on dielectric properties and phase transition has been analyzed. The role of the "matrixembedded ferroelectric" interface is discussed.
