Dielectric, piezoelectric, elastic and thermal properties of Rochelle salt NaKC4H4O6 · 4H2O

Abstract: Запропоновано модифiковану чотирипiдґраткову модель сеґнетової солi шляхом урахування п'єзоелектричного зв'язку зi зсувними деформацiями ε4, ε5 i ε6. У наближеннi молекулярного поля розраховано компоненти вектора поляризацiї та тензора статичної дiелектричної проникностi механiчно затиснутого й вiльного кристалiв, їхнi п'єзоелектричнi характеристики i пружнi сталi.
