Diet‐induced carotenodermia: a literature review

Abstract: Carotenodermia is a yellow to orange skin discoloration due to epidermal deposition of carotene. This can be due to an abnormality in the conversion of β‐carotene to vitamin A, hyperlipidemia, or high dietary carotene intake.
