Dietary Intake of Flavonoids and Ventilatory Function in European Adults: A GA2LEN Study

Abstract: Background: Flavonoids exert anti-inflammatory properties and modulate oxidative stress in vitro, suggesting a protective effect on lung function, but epidemiological studies examining this association are scarce.
