Abstract:1.1. Introduction: Dieulafoy's lesion (DL) is an uncommon but important cause of recurrent upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Advances in endoscopy have increased the detection rate of Dieulafoy's lesions and have significantly decreased the mortality.
