Abstract: Background: Kinase domain (KD) mutations is a common resistance mechanism, secondary to the tyrosine-kinase inhibitors (ITKs) treatment in the case of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and Philadelphia (Ph)-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients.
