Different uses of cone beam computed tomography in oral and maxillofacial surgery: A review

Abstract: Cone beam computed tomography is one of the useful imaging technique in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Cone beam computed tomography is a three-dimensional analysis of the bone of head and neck region that helps the surgeon to get to know the position of the lesion, size of the lesion, and extent of the lesion, it also helps in the determining the prognosis of the treatment to be done.
