Differentiable Inference of Temporal Logic Formulas

Abstract: We demonstrate the first Recurrent Neural Network architecture for learning Signal Temporal Logic formulas, and present the first systematic comparison of formula inference methods. Legacy systems embed much expert knowledge which is not explicitly formalized.
