Abstract: Moya-Moya disease is a rare progressive chronic cer-ebrovascular disease characterized by a narrowing of the lumen of the intracranial segments of the internal carotid arteries, as well as the initial segments of the anterior and middle cerebral arteries with the devel-opment of a network of small vascular anastomoses.
