Difficulties in electrocardiographic diagnosis of hyperkalemia and acute coronary syndrome: clinical case

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Clinical practice testifies to the difficulties in diagnosing hyperkalemia according to electrocardiographic (ECG) criteria during the primary contact between the doctor and the patient.
