Abstract: Background and Purpose: Diffuse leptomeningeal glioneuronal tumors (DL-GNT) are rare glioneuronal neoplasms with oligodendroglioma-like cells. These tumors can present as a dominant intracranial mass or as a solitary spinal cord mass without leptomeningeal involvement.
