Diffuse Spinal Hyperostosis Causing Severe Spinal Stenosis and Thoracic Myelopathy

Abstract: Introduction Spinal stenosis has a wide range of causes including disc herniation, facet hypertrophy, degenerative spondylosis, facet cyst, ossification of the ligamentum flavum (OLF) and ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL).
