Diffusion of Submergence-Tolerant Rice in South Asia

Abstract: Climate change is expected to increase the incidence and magnitudes of extreme weather events. To help farmers mitigate the expected impacts of extreme weather events, abiotic stress-tolerant crop varieties have been developed.
