Digestive Disease Week 2011: highlights of clinical and preclinical research on Barrett's esophagus and associated esophageal adenocarcinoma

Abstract: Clinicians and basic researchers worldwide convened at the annual Digestive Disease Week where the latest research in the field of gastroenterology and hepatology is presented. In this report, the highlights of the convention on the field of Barrett's esophagus (BE) and associated esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) are summarized.
