Digital map restructuring method based on implicit intentions extracted from users' operations

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a method of enhancing digital map interface by reecting users' intentions by means of automatically restructured maps. Extracted from the sequences of the users' map operations (zooming, centering, and panning), the users' intentions determine the types of objectives based on the sequence patterns or the semantic relation between place's names.
