Digital policy to disability employment? An ecosystem perspective on China and Australia

Abstract: Globally, labour markets are encountering profound changes because of the digital revolution. Middle‐income countries such as China are leapfrogging high‐income countries to take advantage of the digital economy. “…To assist the poor in creating their own jobs and securing their own futures through entrepreneurial action, some form of government support may be needed (Li et al, 2020;Morris & Tucker, 2021b).
