One of the main current objectives of countries is to achieve a high level of quality in higher education that meets the needs of the labor market problems of industrial-innovative development of the country, the identity and relevant international best practices in the field of education. This study aims to provide a comprehensive review on creative and research competence as a factor of professional training of future teachers according to perspective of learning technology. Document analysis as a qualitative research method was used in the study. It should be noted that in the framework of the Bologna process and the integration of Kazakhstan universities into the European higher education area in recent years, increasing attention is paid to the competence approach which refers to development of key competencies of teacher candidates in the training of future profession. For future teachers, it is necessary to be able to be creative in solving a variety of pedagogical technological problems in addition to mastering the specialized knowledge. Creative competencies of the future teachers play a crucial role in their future professional life. Results are discussed with relevant literature and implications for future research and practices are presented. Keywords: Learning technology, creative competence, research competence, future teachers.

The increasing use of technology in the world and the search for new education methods have made learning processes independent of time and space such as distance education and online learning. Moreover, health concerns have made online learning environments more popular during the pandemic process. Therefore, in this study, the relationship between pre-school teachers' computer and internet use and online learning motivation was examined. For this purpose, the relational scanning model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the study. The sample of the study consists of 160 preschool teachers. Computer and Internet Usage Scale and Online Learning Motivation Scales were used to collect data in the study. t-test, one-way variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation and, simple linear regression analysis was used for data analysis. As a result, it has been revealed that the online learning motivations of preschool teachers do not differ significantly according to gender, time spent on the internet and, the number of media tools used to access the internet. Besides, it has been observed that the online learning motivation of pre-school teachers who have just started the profession is higher than experienced teachers. It was revealed that as the self-efficacy of pre-school teachers using computers and the internet increased, their online learning motivation also increased.

This paper aims to identify the patterns of excessive use of online devices by children and its physical and behavioural impact on children's health of five different age groups: 0- less than 3, 3-7, 7-10, 10- 13 and over 13years of age. A survey was conducted with 42 respondents by using an on-line Google form in Pokhara. The purposive sampling method was used to select the sample and an online questionnaire was used to accumulate data from the parents. The target sample groups are parents who have children with age below 14 years. It is not a surprising matter that children have become good operators of any online devices these days. Therefore, this research paper attempts to find out any relationships that exist between online device user children and physical problems that they suffer. So a hypothesis has been developed to test whether “excessive online devices uses affects children’s health?” A hypothesis was tested through Kendall's tau-b (τb) correlation coefficient, a non-parametric test. This paper concludes that the time is managed by the parent to their children for the use of the internet. Due to this effort of the parents, there is no serious physical health problem arising in the children and the parents are also not worried about their excessive engagement on electronic gadgets.
