Conclusions: A considerable improvement in dental esthetics, smile harmony and patient satisfaction was obtained by the reported procedures. Clinical Significance: With proper planning, closure of anterior teeth diastema using composite resin and periodontal recontouring surgery become viable options for the dentist.
