The purpose of this scientific article is to form a set of indicators of national food security in order to diagnose the processes of food supply and self-sufficiency in the direction of a comprehensive and clear assessment of the actual level of national food security and independence and to identify compliance with the regulatory level, as well as to find effective ways to improve the national socio-economic development for the long term.To achieve this purpose, a wide range of research methods has been used, the main of which were the methods of generalization and synthesis, scientific abstraction, analytical diagnostics, and regulatory and index criteria. The dialectical method of cognition of socio-economic processes, the formal-logical method and the method of system analysis have been applied in order to better understand the processes of providing the country with food, the formation of food independence from imports, the identification of the regularities of the processes of self-sufficiency in food stocks, as well as to take into account the impact of macroeconomic factors on improving the level of national food supply and food security.The author formulates his own definition of "food security indicator" as an actual statistical value of the indicator (in dynamics), which reflects the level of provision with the resource potential for the full production of the optimal amount of food per capita (in accordance with the established standards). The "food security criterion" is identified as a threshold, an acceptable level of the indicator, the value of which indicates the state of food independence of a certain region in particular and the country as a whole.The indicators characterizing the level of national food security have been improved in the context of the research of such aspects as quantitative, aimed at providing the country with sufficient food; qualitative, focused on providing the population with quality and safe food; and socio-economic, which involves establishing a level of income sufficient to ensure access to food.The main composition of indicators and factors (conditions) of national food security and a set of indicators of national food security has been formed in order to address important issues of food supply in accordance with the potential capabilities of the country in the production, storage, processing of agricultural products to provide food for all categories of the population with appropriate levels of consumption, as well as food of proper quality and safety.It is proved that at the present stage of economic development, all groups of indicators of food security and independence of the country (criteria of accessibility and sufficiency of food security, food self-sufficiency and food independence from imports) should be used. The proposed criteria and developed indicators are of both theoretical and practical importance for the economic and socio-demographic development of the country in the future.

The issue of improving the organizational culture of enterprises is becoming increasingly relevant in light of the need to enhance the effectiveness of human resources policy and employees’ motivation. Being aware of the importance of developing organizational culture and the effectiveness of internal communication, managers of enterprises very rarely have an information basis for a model of their effective construction. The study aims to analyze the current role of digital transformation tools within the communication process to optimize organizational culture and increase communication effectiveness. The research was conducted using the general methods of scientific cognition, in particular, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, abstraction, specification, and formalization. The study identified the potential of digital communication tools for the cultural and communication optimization of companies. The authors have analyzed the factors of insufficiently effective development of organizational culture. The article substantiates the need for the synergy of process, system-behavioral, adaptive-situational, psychodynamic, and competence approaches. The authors have proposed ways of digital transformation of organizational and communication culture. Based on this, the main vectors for optimizing the concept of organizational management of the transformation of the communication sphere of companies have been identified. It has been proved that the conceptual model of an effective organizational culture is based on long-term measures to implement the strategic goals of enterprise development through continuous self-development and continuous improvement of communication skills using modern and innovative digital tools.

The article explores the possibilities of improving the sector of relations related to land and property by maintaining a balance between the interests, responsibilities and joint actions of the government, the private sector and civil society in Ukraine. Faced with the growing volume of documents requiring registration and cadastral recording, with limited possibilities for storing archives, the system of transactions with land plots faces the need for fundamental restructuring and optimization. In this context, blockchain acts as an innovative solution that provides decentralized data storage with a high level of reliability and security, opening up new opportunities for land management. The article analyzes the potential of using geographic information systems (GIS) and blockchain technologies to create reliable and transparent land accounting and registration systems, which will contribute to effective land use and protection of property rights. Optimizing the processes of collecting and storing documents related to the Unified State Register of Real Estate Rights requires regular expansion of archival spaces, and the development of a unified state system of registration of rights and cadastral accounting is critically necessary to achieve legislative and regulatory goals. An important advantage of the blockchain is the high reliability and openness of data, which eliminates the possibility of corrupt deals and reduces the costs of maintaining registers, increasing the efficiency of access to information. The use of geo-information systems and blockchain will allow Ukraine to transition to an innovatively oriented type of economy based on modern information technologies, which will ensure an increase in the efficiency of the civil circulation of land plots, the protection of real estate rights, and an increase in Ukraine's place in international ICT development rankings. The use of blockchain, adapted to legal requirements and procedures for registration of rights, will require the establishment of clear access and identification rules, as well as the definition of responsibility mechanisms to ensure the security and legal significance of the transactions carried out.
