Dilated Cardiomyopathy in an Adult Renal Transplant Recipient: Recovery Upon Tacrolimus to Sirolimus Switch: A Case Report

Abstract: Cardiac toxicity of tacrolimus is rare, less known but can be serious.  Tacrolimus cardiotoxicity should be suspected in unexplained cardiomyopathy post kidney transplant.  Sirolimus can be an effective alternative to preserve or improve cardiac function.
