Abstract: Anomalous aortic origin of the coronary artery (AAOCA) is a rare congenital cardiac abnormality. Although AAOCA can cause angina, syncope, palpitations, and sudden cardiac death, most patients remain asymptomatic. A 60-year-old woman experienced occasional chest discomfort.
