Direct Current Cascade Regulators Based on Resonance Structures with Switching Capacitors

Abstract: The method for cascade design of direct current step-up regulators based on resonance structures with switching capacitors is considered. Such regulators provide high efficiency, and simplify regulator power circuit in autonomous systems for controlling direct current motor rotation velocity owing to decrease of the total number of semiconductor and reactive elements.
