Direct Detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from Respiratory Samples of Children with Cystic Fibrosis

Abstract: Introduction: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the most important cause of lung infection and major cause of morbidity and mortality among Cystic Fibrosis patients.
