Direct dotterising or angioplasty of acute stroke due to tandem atherosclerotic occlusions

Abstract: BackgroundTandem occlusions cause 10–15% of LVO acute ischemic strokes but are difficult to treat endovascularly and frequently excluded from clinical trials.
