Abstract:High-risk neuroblastoma (NB) is a solid pediatric tumor that develops from the extracranial sympathetic nervous system. Despite recent advances in therapeutic regimens of dose-intensive chemotherapies, radiation, and surgery NB often relapses as a metastatic and drug-resistant tumor.
