Directional correlations of γ-rays in 143Pr

Abstract

Al&met: Directional correlation measurements have been made for y-transitions in I+% following the decay of 33.0 h 143Ce using two Ge(Li) detectors. Correlation coefficients are reported for twelve cascades, of which coefficients for five cascades are previously unreported. Deduced are, mining ratios for thirteen transitions and spins and parities for the following levels: 57 (a+), 351 (#+), 490 (t')! 722 (a+), 739 (+-), 938 (#+), and 1160 (4') keV.
