Abstract:Purpose To document a case of low intraocular pressure (IOP) that developed a disc hemorrhage (DH) and subsequent corresponding pre-perimetric retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) loss on spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SDOCT).
