Discharge care quality in hospitalised elderly patients: Extended validation of the Discharge Care Experiences Survey

Abstract: BackgroundThe Discharge Care Experiences Survey (DICARES) was previously developed to measure quality of discharge care in elderly patients (≥ 65 years).
