Abstract:Drug resistance in Staphylococcus aureus is a serious problem, and the development of new antimicrobial drugs to circumvent drug resistance has become a trend. In this study, we isolated a strain of Bacillus subtilis with high tolerance to alcohol, pH, NaCl, bile salt, surfactants, temperature, and simulated intestinal fluids.
