Abstract:Background:
The epidermal growth factor receptor of the tyrosine kinase family has been largely targeted in mutations associated with non-small cell lung cancer. EGFR inhibitors have been produced that bind allosterically to the C797S mutant EGFR enzyme.
Objective:
