Abstract:Dysfunction of voltage-gated sodium channel Nav1.2 causes various epileptic disorders, and inhibition of the channel has emerged as an attractive therapeutic strategy. However, currently available Nav1.2 inhibitors exhibit low potency and limited structural diversity.
