Abstract:Purpose:
We aimed to explore the potential benefits of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) replacement therapy in patients with Bietti crystalline dystrophy (BCD) by assessing the disease pathology with the distinctive relationship between fundus autofluorescence (FAF) abnormality and visual field defect (VFD).
