Discrete Element Modelling of Fractal Behavior of Particle Size Distribution and Breakage of Ballast under Monotonic Loading

Abstract: Breakage of particles has a great influence on the particle size distribution (PSD) and the associated mechanical behavior of ballast under train loads.
