Discrete mathematical model of travelling wave of conveyor transport

Abstract: A mathematical model of a travelling wave in a matrix form is constructed. A degree of discreteness of the travelling wave and corresponding steps in phase and length are introduced. Asymmetric, unified matrices are compiled, which represent a generalized travelling wave, depending on a degree of discreteness. A generalized, dimensionless travelling wave is transformed into a required one with dimensions by specified technical parameters: amplitude and wavelength that is realized. A dependency of coordinates o… Show more

“…The construction of graphical characteristics of hydraulic transport systems [26] in accordance with the design schemes of the accepted options for the mining and processing complex is carried out on the basis of known analytical dependencies [27], mathematical constants [28], and hydraulic characteristics [29]. The volumetric concentration of slurry adopted in the hydraulic calculations of the complex elements is limited to 10% in accordance with the recommendations for hydraulic mechanization systems during the mining and transportation of soil.…”

“…This traditional stone processing technology leads to the generation of a significant amount of waste, which is a sludge in the form of a mixture of sand and fine dust. Relatively large waste requires disintegration for further utilization using both traditional and new technologies [1][2][3][4]. Every year, the industry of Zhytomyr region alone needs to utilize more than 50,000 m 3 of sludge [5][6][7].…”
